Private Banking Business Analyst

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Private Banking Business Analyst for our Qatar operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing business requirements, and contributing to wealth management initiatives and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Manage client analytics and wealth management initiatives
• Contribute to digital transformation projects in the banking sector
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and practices
• Maintain a high level of personal integrity and self-management
• Make decisions and follow through with initiatives
• Plan, organize, and analyze data to drive results
• Translate business needs into practical solutions and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, preferably within a highly rated international bank
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and client analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities
• Proven analytical skills and experience in data analysis, reporting, and business performance measurement
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Results oriented with strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, and process modeling skills
