Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business requirements gathering to identify client needs and market opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze client data to inform wealth management strategies and initiatives.
- Support digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing the client experience in Private Banking.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement specifications (BRS/BRDs) and user stories.
- Create process models to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Measure business performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, ideally in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or similar areas, preferably within a recognized international bank.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and the execution of wealth management projects and digital initiatives.
Required Special Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including proficiency in report writing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Comprehension of relevant banking laws, regulations, and practices.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions and see initiatives through to completion.
- High degree of personal integrity and effective self-management.
- Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to effectively communicate at all managerial levels.
- Skills in business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
