Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and optimize Private Cloud and Edge solutions using Compute Cloud at Customer (C3), Roving Edge Infrastructure (REI), and associated cloud products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design scalable and efficient architectures for Private and Edge Cloud.
- Provide deep technical expertise and support for C3, REI, and similar technologies.
- Accelerate customer opportunities through technical presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions, and solution assistance.
- Create compelling written assets for external publications and internal documentation.
- Interact with various customer roles, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Architects, and technical staff.
- Develop and enhance Oracle presentations and demonstrations while leading the technical sales process.
- Guide customers through their cloud journey starting with Oracle’s on-prem cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cloud Solution Architect with a focus on understanding customer issues in their cloud journey.
- Strong understanding and experience in Cloud Architecture (IaaS & PaaS).
- Knowledge of cloud competitors, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, and their hybrid cloud offerings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts effectively to C-level executives.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed.
