Privileged Access Management Engineer (Delinea)

We are seeking skilled and motivated PAM Engineers with hands-on experience in Delinea Privileged Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the PAM infrastructure to ensure secure management of privileged accounts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Delinea PAM solutions (formerly Thycotic).
• Design and manage PAM policies and workflows to control and monitor privileged access.
• Integrate PAM with existing infrastructure (Active Directory, SIEM, ITSM tools, etc.).
• Perform regular updates, patching, and upgrades of the PAM solution.
• Monitor PAM activities, audit logs, and user behavior to ensure compliance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for PAM-related issues and troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation including architecture diagrams, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end access management.
• Conduct user training and awareness sessions on PAM usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Security with a focus on Privileged Access Management.
• Proven hands-on experience with Delinea (Thycotic) PAM tools such as Secret Server, Privilege Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience integrating PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Strong scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Delinea Certified Engineer, CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
• Knowledge of other PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.) is a plus.
