About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to lead the design and build-out of an entirely new, end-to-end student journey that encompasses every stage from initial application through to enrolment, study, graduation, and alumni relations with employability support. The initial focus will be on our new operation in Dubai, but the process design will also cater to various geographies and different operating environments.
This position presents a unique greenfield opportunity; you will not be dealing with legacy processes or existing state mappings. Instead, you will be tasked with crafting the AI-first student journey from a blank slate.
This hands-on, fixed-term role is ideal for a candidate who can blend rigorous process design methodology (such as Lean or Six Sigma) with practical knowledge of automation (RPA) and Generative AI applications relevant to service and process design. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, IT professionals, and senior stakeholders to identify areas where AI and automation can significantly enhance student journey experiences and efficiency—approaching the task as a process-first, evidence-led design initiative.
In this role, you will:
- Produce definitive “to-be” process maps for the entirety of the student lifecycle.
- Define automation and AI opportunities from first principles.
- Quantify the rationale behind your design choices.
- Support implementation planning and facilitate handover to delivery teams.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Demonstrable experience as a Process/Business Analyst, with a track record of designing and re-engineering end-to-end processes in complex organisations.
- Practical working knowledge of Lean methodology (or equivalents like Six Sigma, BPM) and tools, including value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification.
- Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) and/or Generative AI applications, with an understanding of their capabilities and realistic limitations for opportunity assessment—even if you are not personally configuring those tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both frontline operational staff and senior leadership.
- Excellent process documentation skills, with proficiency in BPMN or similar notations and clear written communication.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with process data, cycle times, and volumes to build an evidence-based case.
- Understanding of data protection principles (UK GDPR) as they apply to student data and automated processing.

- Location: Dubai - Remote with occasional on-site attendance required.
