Process Engineer

About the Role / About the Job
In this position, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and optimization of industrial processes, manufacturing systems, and production lines to enhance efficiency, scalability, and manufacturing readiness. You will be responsible for optimizing factory layouts, workflows, and material flows to support efficient production and logistics. Additionally, you will drive the transfer and implementation of industrial knowledge, standards, and best practices across the operations ecosystem, while conducting process simulations and capacity analysis to assist production planning and facility design. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering effective and scalable industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of industrial processes, manufacturing systems, and production lines.
• Design and optimize factory layouts, workflows, and material flows to enhance production and logistics efficiency.
• Drive the transfer and implementation of industrial knowledge, standards, and best practices across the operations ecosystem.
• Conduct process simulations and capacity analysis to support production planning and facility design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective industrial solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in manufacturing process design, production line optimization, and industrial facility/layout design.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant frameworks is preferred.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to design practical, scalable, and efficient manufacturing solutions.
