Responsibilities
- Engage in process simulation development and computer-aided process design.
- Work on clean energy technologies including hydrogen, carbon capture, biofuels, and energy transition.
- Apply computational fluid dynamics and numerical techniques to engineering challenges.
- Conduct research that demonstrates strong analytical and mathematical modeling abilities.
- Develop simulation tools and numerical codes; rely on your own programming expertise rather than solely commercial software.
- Utilize AI/ML tools to solve engineering problems and improve process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum: M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university with a strong academic record. Candidates with an M.S. or Ph.D. are also welcome. B.E./B.Tech graduates may be considered if they demonstrate an exceptional academic record and strong project experience with programming skills.
- Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant experience is required; fresh post-grads are encouraged to apply.

Candidates specializing in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Clean energy technologies (including hydrogen, carbon capture, biofuels, energy transition, and decarbonization)
- Computer-aided process design / process simulation development
- Computational fluid dynamics
- Numerical techniques/data science
Highly Desirable Skills
- Demonstrated research aptitude: thesis work, publications, or project work with a strong analytical/mathematical modeling component.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and/or C++ for scripting, data handling, and numerical/simulation work.
- Sound grounding in statistics and data-driven modeling.
- Experience in developing simulation tools and numerical codes independently.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools and their applications in engineering problems.
