Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Solution Design and Configuration:
- Lead the detailed functional design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Central Finance system, including FI/CO components.
- Design and configure data mapping solutions critical for Central Finance.
- Define functional requirements for real-time replication and configuration specifics.
- Requirements Elicitation and Process Alignment:
- Conduct workshops with global finance teams to gather business requirements and perform Gap Analysis.
- Standardize and harmonize financial master data and transactional processes.
- Implementation Leadership and Quality Assurance:
- Lead core functional activities in SAP Activate methodology, including testing and cutover.
- Oversee the Central Finance Error Handling process and manage functional specifications for custom developments.
- Consulting and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide thought leadership on effective utilization of Central Finance capabilities.
Preferred Education:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Minimum of 12+ years in SAP Finance consulting.
- At least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementations.
- Expert-level experience in core SAP FI/CO modules.
- Proven experience with Central Finance configuration.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting.
- Experience with integration of Central Finance to SAP Group Reporting or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
