Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Your future role includes:

  • Analyzing internal product and client-specific requirements and creating project functional specifications.
  • Supporting the execution of data conversion activities for a large-scale third-party application implementation.
  • Developing complex business rules and validation using JEXL scripting, JavaScript, and other integration technologies.
  • Developing procedures for independent code testing.
  • Developing and testing workflows, automated processes, templates, and system integration adaptors.
  • Troubleshooting non-standard errors during key payroll periods.
  • Providing effective guidance for users of the tools.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or a similar technical/business field.
  • 1+ years of general programming experience (JavaScript, Java, VB Script, VBA, or JEXL).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Unit Testing and UATs.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to manage critical timelines with multiple teams.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
