Join the company as a Process Manager and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating service requests, and maintaining continuous communication with customers throughout the service process. Responsibilities: - Managing Service Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Ensuring compliance with these processes and driving process improvements through service improvement plans. - Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and the overall effectiveness of incident resolution. - Collaborating with IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with business needs. - Conducting post-resolution incident reviews and invoking problem management processes as necessary. Who You Are: - You possess at least 5 years of experience in key IT disciplines such as desktop field services, network support, applications, security, or IT management. - You have expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, as well as incident management and service improvement. - You are customer-focused, prioritize customer success, and possess strong communication skills. Preferred Skills: - ITIL certification is highly desirable. - High-level communication abilities, both written and verbal. Language Requirements: - Proficiency in English is expected; additional languages may be beneficial.
