Position

The position focuses on coordinating enabling initiatives for the organization's process journey, which involves designing and developing processes as required by business units. Responsibilities include identifying and establishing process metrics, aligning them with corporate objectives, and reporting on the capabilities of critical business processes within the assigned Business Vertical of customer and channels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain relevant documentation, project plans, and task statuses for specified work streams, providing reports to team management as needed.
  • Revise and update established process models, architecture, and methodologies semi-annually.
  • Learn and apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify process issues and bottlenecks, determine root causes, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement across assigned business verticals.
  • Manage an assigned business vertical to enhance awareness of process excellence and the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Facilitate cross-functional process review projects and communicate progress to management.
  • Collaborate with process owners in defining, documenting, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling business processes.
  • Work with operational teams to create process heat maps that will guide process re-engineering projects towards identifiable business benefits, executing continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
  • Advocate for continuous process improvement throughout the organization, including initiating Robotic Process Automation where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process development and management.
  • Familiarity with improvement initiatives.
  • Required experience in the telecommunications industry or a relevant field.
  • Strong consulting skills: facilitation, workshop preparation, requirements capture.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of the Business & IT intersection.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
