Procurement & Cost Control Specialist

About the Role
The Procurement Cost Control Specialist manages procurement cost control and supplier payment activities within the Procurement & Cost Control Unit. This role is essential in monitoring procurement expenditure against approved budgets, validating supplier invoices, and ensuring that supplier payments are processed accurately and on time according to contractual terms, the delegation of authority, and company policies. The specialist also provides cost and savings reporting to support robust financial control.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement cost control, accounts payable, procurement finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, budget monitoring, cost analysis, and supplier account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, KSA VAT regulations, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet payment deadlines.
