What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities for assigned spend categories across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and assist in defining specifications for goods and services.
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities, collaborating with business units, Legal, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Execute sourcing events including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contractual conditions, and service-level agreements with suppliers.
- Support the development and execution of category management strategies to optimize spend and improve supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and onboarding new vendors where appropriate.
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to secure the best value, quality, and service.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced procurement controls.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, supplier information, and pricing databases.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely resolution of procurement and service-related issues.
- Review vendor portfolios periodically and evaluate pricing, service quality, and contract effectiveness.
- Support procurement reporting and management information requirements.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor governance.
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement best practices, and supplier management frameworks.
- Experience handling multiple procurement categories and managing procurement projects independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement systems.
