We are looking for talented individuals to join us as a graduate in 2025. The graduate programs offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience, providing opportunities to turn ambitions into reality. At the heart of our organization's procurement excellence lies our dedicated Procurement Strategy and Data Insights team. Our team of strategists and data analysts is committed to transforming procurement practices through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. We focus on designing and implementing procurement management strategies that not only meet current business needs but also anticipate future demands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of various procurement functions, establish business indicators across different dimensions, measure procurement performance, identify business risks and pain points, and contribute to enhancing procurement capabilities and efficiency.
- Carry out operational analysis of ByteDance's procurement management, liaise with relevant teams, provide data insights, and give strategic recommendations while promoting implementation.
- Provide an external perspective by studying industry trends and best practices of competitors to assist procurement management teams in strategic decision-making.
- Daily tasks include market/competitive product research, breaking down and planning procurement objectives, business operational analysis, and PMO coordination of complex projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Business Analysis, graduating in 2025, and must be available to start in September 2025.
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for effective communication.
- Honest and humble, with a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and a fast learner.
- Excellent logical thinking and strong communication skills, capable of effectively driving cross-team collaboration and being target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business analysis skills (problem decomposition, information gathering, logical exploration, abstraction, model building/data analysis, etc.).
