Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of various procurement functions and regions worldwide to establish business indicators, measure procurement performance, identify risks, and enhance capabilities.
- Carry out operational analysis of procurement management, collaborating with relevant teams to produce strategic recommendations and promote their implementation.
- Study industry trends and best practices from competitors, contributing to management strategy decision-making.
- Engage in daily tasks such as market research, planning procurement objectives, operational analysis reviews, and project coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and a deep curiosity about management topics and the B2B industry.
- Extensive experience in strategy and business analysis.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate fluently with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent logical thinking and business analysis skills, including problem decomposition, information gathering, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, capable of driving cross-team collaboration with high stress resistance and a responsible, execution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with advanced procurement tools and methodologies is a plus.
