As a Producer for the company, you will play a vital role in planning, producing, and directing in-house shoots from approved briefs to finished assets. You will create content for social media, brand initiatives, market outreach, e-commerce/PDP, and retailer advertising. This role reports to the Senior Production Manager and involves close collaboration with the Creative team, camera personnel, editors, and retouchers.
Responsibilities
- Transform approved briefs into comprehensive shoot plans, including shot lists, schedules, and call sheets.
- Collaborate with the Art Director/Jr. Art Director to ensure alignment on visual direction.
- Organize locations, talent, props, set dressing, styling, and hair and makeup as needed for shoots.
- Identify the crew, equipment, and specialized support required and coordinate bookings and budget approvals with the Senior Production Manager.
- Brief contributors and ensure the availability of products, samples, and production materials.
- Direct on-set, ensuring that all required shots, formats, and deliverables are captured.
- Manage shoot-day logistics, including timing and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Provide detailed instructions to editors and retouchers, selecting reference materials and notes from the shoot.
- Review finished assets to ensure compliance with the approved brief concerning product accuracy, messaging, storytelling, and any required variations.
- Address feedback from the Senior Production Manager to finalize assets.
- Work in conjunction with the Mona Producer on shared shoots, designating one shoot lead.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and delivering branded video and photography shoots, from pre-production to post-production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your hands-on experience in producing and on-set directing, particularly with talent direction.
- Excellent skills in creating shot lists, call sheets, scheduling, casting, and coordinating locations and crews.
- Capability to manage multiple shoots at various stages while effectively solving problems under pressure.
- Understanding of social media content, product imagery, and specific channel deliverables.
- Proficient in briefing editors clearly and evaluating finished work against established briefs.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle production is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and resourcefulness; existing contacts in UAE production is an advantage.
