What You Will Do:
- Support the execution of the Digital Assets product roadmap by analyzing and prioritizing business requirements.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for Agile delivery teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Designers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Participate in testing activities and support quality assurance to ensure successful product releases.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to drive product enhancements.
- Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for new product initiatives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Support customer and operational teams by addressing product-related queries and enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating and managing Epics, User Stories, and Product Backlogs.
- Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Assets environments.
- Experience working within Agile squads and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Tokenization, or related technologies.
- Understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and customer journeys.
- Agile certifications or relevant Product Management certifications.
