Mozn is seeking a high-performance Product Analyst to work on product development under Focal. The Product Analyst will own the product strategy and implementation of features that drive significant value for customers. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology with the ability to create products that solve organizations’ toughest problems and has evident experience in building and scaling B2B products.
Responsibilities:
- Generate insights and develop a substantive understanding of their domain, hard problems, and perspectives on solutions through interaction with clients and industry research.
- Understand the latest technical developments in the field.
- Understand the technical architecture of the FOCAL platform and contribute to its further development.
- Develop and maintain OKRs and product metrics to measure and track product success.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning ideation, development, and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers to deliver the planned roadmap.
- Prepare product releases in collaboration with the product marketing team and customer success.
- Interact with stakeholders, including customer success and commercial teams, to strengthen commercial reach.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in a STEM or Business field or a related field.
- 0-2 years of product management experience, preferably in AML, risk, or fraud-related areas or B2B products.
- Experience at top technology firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with API design.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
