The Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program lasting 12 months, aimed at developing and nurturing UAE national talent. This program prepares fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking. The company seeks motivated individuals ready to transition from academia to a professional setting. The program is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and training, supporting their growth within the organization.

Candidates who are UAE nationals, have graduated or will graduate between 2023 – 2025, and have achieved or are on course to obtain a minimum of 2:1 (UK education system) or GPA 3.0 or equivalent are ideal.
