Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams to provide data-driven insights across strategic initiatives.
- Conduct complex analyses to identify improvement areas and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with various functions within the company and present findings to leadership.
- Build and manage a partnership with the product management team to ensure data-driven actions.
- Assess marketing campaigns, product features, and client performance, and deliver insightful recommendations.
- Manage the delivery of reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics with a reputable tech company or management consulting firm.
- Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departments.
- Proven ability to manage a small team and deliver analytics projects that drive business process changes.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, product analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present technical content clearly.
