As a Product Analytics Manager, you will be critical in enhancing the Mozn brand across various stakeholder interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new product features against KPIs, focusing on usage, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction through A/B testing.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate product metrics to stakeholders, including leadership.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure data completeness, implementing tracking tools as necessary.
- Interpret trends and patterns related to user behavior to support data-driven product roadmap prioritization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements pertaining to fraud detection, AML, and financial crime prevention.
- Apply AI and machine learning technologies to product analytics, researching and scoping features for AML and fraud prevention within the FOCAL platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading advanced data science or complex analytics projects.
- Minimum of 2 years in product analytics, particularly in creating dashboards that track user behavior.
- Proficiency in Product Analytics software (e.g., MixPanel, Amplitude) and BI software (e.g., Metabase, Tableau).
- Familiarity with statistical methods and A/B testing techniques.
- Skilled in SQL and Python for large dataset handling and analysis.
- Experience in building and maintaining advanced ML and statistical models, including graph analytics.
- Knowledge of fraud detection models or systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
