Position

As a Product Analytics Manager at Mozn, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced analytics models and techniques to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, as well as mitigate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new product features against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as usage, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction, utilizing A/B testing.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to capture key product metrics and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure data completeness and implement tracking tools for improved visibility.
  • Analyze trends and patterns related to user behavior and support data-driven prioritization of product roadmap initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to fraud detection, AML, and financial crime prevention.
  • Research, ideate, and scope AI features for AML and fraud prevention use cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading advanced data science or complex analytics projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years in developing analytics for products, specifically in creating user behavior tracking dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Product Analytics software (e.g. MixPanel, Amplitude) and BI software (e.g. Metabase, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing techniques.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for handling and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience in data extraction, visualization, analysis, and transformation.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining advanced ML and statistical models, with experience in graph analytics a plus.
  • Experience in building fraud detection models or consulting on fraud detection systems is advantageous.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
