Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Variable Speed Drives, PLCs & HMIs market application and customer needs to provide support on application development and optimized solutions for technical issues.
- Train customers, access channels, and sales teams on products and applications.
- Collaborate with the Activity Manager to develop relevant demos.
- Educate customers on application advantages and consult on market applications.
- Assist with quoting, designs, system start-up, hardware and software training, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and manage contracts and projects, coordinating between access channels and customers.
- Create technical and commercial arguments for salespeople.
- Update literature and promotional tools for industry customers.
- Report monthly activities to the Marketing Manager for the Industry Market.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Variable Speed Drives, PLCs, and HMIs application development.
- Proven success in a similar role with relevant product promotion and support experience.
- In-depth knowledge of automation systems and their applications within customer organizations.
- Working knowledge and experience with the company's products is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
