Product Application Engineer

As a Product Application Engineer with the company, you will assist the sales force by providing high-level product expertise and knowledge of Automation products (Variable speed drives, PLCs, and HMIs) to generate business growth in the industrial market. Your role will involve promoting our automation products, supporting customers in developing PLC and HMI applications, and providing technical support to all the company's channels and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the Variable Speed Drives, PLCs & HMIs market application and customer needs to provide support on application development and optimized solutions for technical issues.
• Train customers, access channels, and sales teams on products and applications.
• Collaborate with the Activity Manager to develop relevant demos.
• Educate customers on application advantages and consult on market applications.
• Assist with quoting, designs, system start-up, hardware and software training, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage contracts and projects, coordinating between access channels and customers.
• Create technical and commercial arguments for salespeople.
• Update literature and promotional tools for industry customers.
• Report monthly activities to the Marketing Manager for the Industry Market.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Variable Speed Drives, PLCs, and HMIs application development.
• Proven success in a similar role with relevant product promotion and support experience.
• In-depth knowledge of automation systems and their applications within customer organizations.
• Working knowledge and experience with the company's products is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
