Product Application Specialist

As a Product Application Specialist at the company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future by collaborating with dealers and clients to create tailored solutions that leverage a wide array of products and services. You will be part of the Product, Services & Technology team within the Customer Solutions Growth Regions division, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert support to field teams, dealers, and customers, particularly in the Motor-Grader sector across Africa and the Middle East.

This position demands a significant commitment, requiring up to 60-70% business travel, and emphasizes a deep understanding of product applications, proactive technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product application expertise during sales, including training on technology, job efficiency, and safety.
• Conduct product performance assessments and capitalize on incremental sales opportunities.
• Use Value Selling Tool (VST) templates to demonstrate customer value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage marketing technology tools and align on goals.
• Analyze industry trends and customer needs to guide strategies.
