Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product application expertise during sales, including training on technology, job efficiency, and safety.

  • Use Value Selling Tool (VST) templates to demonstrate customer value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage marketing technology tools and align on goals.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer needs to guide strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer focus with knowledge of satisfaction practices.
  • Experience with major products and services in diverse environments.
  • Competency in decision-making based on critical analysis.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for collaboration.
  • Relationship management aptitude to maintain client rapport.
  • Technical expertise to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product and service value to customers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Motor-Graders or similar equipment.

  • Familiarity with African and Middle Eastern markets.

Language Requirements:
