We are seeking an experienced Product Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product architecture and a strong technical background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create robust, innovative solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and document scalable, maintainable, and reusable product architectures that meet both current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with business owners and product managers to identify and define solutions for complex business requirements.
- Lead the creation of technical architecture for complex products, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Drive internal proof of concept initiatives by quickly designing and implementing prototypes of systems or components with a well-structured architecture.
- Work closely with development and delivery teams to define, build, and deploy product strategies.
- Translate business requirements into system-specific functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices to support product development and integration.
- Propose and decompose large architectural objectives into smaller, manageable tasks for the development team.
- Provide expert knowledge of technical and middleware architecture, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) to operations and application development teams.
- Ensure product design avoids technical debt by creating scalable and reusable assets, components, and frameworks.
- Research, evaluate, document, and maintain best practices and design patterns related to end-to-end solutions and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing products.
- Proven experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle product development projects.
- Experience creating and designing the technical architecture for complex products and their implementations.
- Strong knowledge of software development, systems integration, and architecture principles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development frameworks.
Skills:
- Expertise in product and technical architecture, design patterns, and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide technology assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for product domains.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Proficiency in creating scalable, high-performance, and secure product architectures.
