Product Associate – Payments

We are looking for a proactive and organized Product Associate to support our Payments team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing payment operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily payment operations and ensure all payment methods are functioning correctly.
• Support the preparation of reports and data analysis related to payment transactions.
• Coordinate with development, support teams, and external partners (banks, PSPs) as needed.
• Help track and follow up on assigned tasks and product initiatives.
• Support the team in various ad-hoc projects and operational activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in fin-tech, payments, or e-commerce (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
