Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the development and customization of Maximo modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for asset management, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Maximo solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Maximo configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Maximo solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through effective asset management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all asset management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic asset management plans that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry, providing valuable domain expertise.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Show proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Certifications Required
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6
- PMP Certification is a plus.
