As a Product Data Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Development teams to provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. Your role will include monitoring product performance, analyzing market data, designing A/B tests, and developing user-friendly dashboards to aid decision-making. You will also lead the development of self-service analytics infrastructure and contribute to the growth of your product analytics team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze market data to identify customer behavior and trends.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to enhance customer journeys.
- Develop effective self-service analytics infrastructure.
- Create high-quality data visualizations and dashboards.
- Build data models in dbt with support from Analytics Engineers.
- Mentor fellow product analysts and share knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a product analytics team.
- Proficient in modern BI tools (preferably Looker) and SQL.
- Solid experience with Data Modeling (DBT).
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus.
