Product Delivery Manager – Digital Transactional Services

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline aiming to transform Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager for Digital Transactional Services to lead the delivery of seamless, guest-first digital experiences in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role involves taking charge of core digital servicing and booking features that will redefine how travelers interact with Riyadh Air across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms. You will have the opportunity to deliver modern self-service journeys covering check-in, disruption management, refunds, and payment confirmations.

In this position, you will work across agile squads to execute sprint deliverables aligned with roadmap priorities, driving transformation through structured release cycles and operational handovers. Your collaboration with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams will be crucial in ensuring each digital interaction meets performance standards and enhances guest satisfaction. Monitoring performance, resolving issues, and continuous optimization will be key components of your role.

Your experience with offer and order retailing, API integration, and agile delivery will be vital for enabling transactional journeys that impact conversion, loyalty, and service excellence. Qualifications:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product delivery, preferably in an airline or aviation environment
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, especially in booking, payment, and servicing systems is highly desirable
