Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the defined roadmap by aligning project execution with established business objectives and IT strategic priorities.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and internal development teams/external vendors, using Product Management techniques to understand, assess, and decompose prioritized Epics into key Features, focusing on Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Manage business stakeholders through regular reviews to ensure the product roadmap, delivery, and ongoing support metrics meet defined expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of the products portfolio, ensuring projects and enhancements initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Ensure the highest quality product changes by establishing clear quality KPIs and measurements across the portfolio.
  • Drive collaboration across all IT departments (Enterprise Architecture, Digital Platform, and delivery teams) for seamless solution delivery.
  • Ensure all IT departments are synchronized regarding the product roadmap through regular cross-portfolio syncs.
  • Manage external product vendors to ensure service delivery quality and compliance with service levels through ongoing service reviews.
  • Ensure 24x7 support for all assigned products/systems and exceed all defined KPIs and service levels.
  • Focus on automating manual functions and defect fixing to reduce time spent on service requests and incidents.
  • Coach and mentor delivery teams by promoting product thinking, identifying skill gaps, and empowering team members.
  • Define team structure, roles, responsibilities, success KPIs & metrics, and establish transparency through regular feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with the team to capture innovation ideas, consolidating feedback for stakeholder presentations through various formats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (3+ years).
  • Master's degree in engineering or MBA is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 7-9 years of experience in IT Management, Product/Project delivery, and Transformation programs.
  • Experience in leading IT teams comprising business analysts, software engineering (development, quality testing), application, and business support.
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and awareness of emerging technologies.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).

ISR Requirements:

  • Compliance with ISR policies and reporting of any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
  • Completion of all required ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day operations.
