Product Delivery Manager - Loyalty

The company (RX), headquartered in Saudi Arabia’s capital, is the new national airline dedicated to shaping the future of aviation. The company aims to transform Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub while connecting the kingdom to over 100 destinations.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the company's Loyalty technology portfolio, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all with measurable business value.

You will spearhead the implementation and enhancement of loyalty capabilities across the Offer & Order ecosystem, which includes rewards accrual and redemption, tier management, partner integrations, co-brand programs, and digital loyalty experiences.

Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Digital, and external technology partners to drive successful outcomes through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, facilitating seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Your responsibilities will include planning releases, managing delivery roadmaps, mitigating risks, and establishing governance frameworks to enable successful product launches and operational readiness. You'll also oversee complex technology integrations and loyalty platform implementations to ensure a world-class guest loyalty experience from day one.

About You:
You should possess a degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or digital transformation, with significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. A deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance, stakeholder management, vendor management, and end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms is essential.
