About The Role:

We are seeking a delivery-focused technical leader with a passion for building next-generation airline retailing capabilities. This Product Delivery Manager will oversee the operational delivery, integration, and readiness of the company's Offer Management platforms. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the execution of critical retailing capabilities and ensuring alignment with digital and commercial strategies.
  • Leading cross-functional squads and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and future-ready systems.
  • Managing the rollout of NDC-compliant workflows and implementing key Offer Management functions like pricing, offer construction, optimization, order servicing, refunds, and disruption handling.
  • Translating strategic roadmaps into delivery plans and establishing operational readiness criteria.
  • Ensuring smooth technical integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Maintaining delivery discipline, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating Agile ceremonies, enforcing quality controls, and ensuring stable releases.

About You:

  • Degree qualified with at least 8 years of experience in enterprise product delivery or technology delivery, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Experience with PSS transformation (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) and Passenger Revenue Management platforms (PROS, Amadeus NRMS, Sabre RO) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with airline merchandising engines, ancillaries, bundling, and competitor pricing capabilities.
  • Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and delivering technically complex integrations.
  • Expertise in converting strategy into structured delivery plans, maintaining RAID governance, driving Agile execution, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Ability to manage technical checkpoints, quality gates, and integration dependencies.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills to manage complexity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
