Key Responsibilities
Interns will be engaged in actual product decisions under the guidance of senior reviewers, working on real-world projects which include:

Product Work End-to-End:
- Identify and address real problems within the the company app, advancing from inquiry to implementation of changes.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and assess which issues require resolution.
- Honestly assess the problem's magnitude and define the limits of your proposed solution.

Design:
- Utilize Figma to design the solution, including flows, screens, various states, and edge cases.
- Engage in critiques with the product and design team and refine the design based on feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to accompany the development process through to launch.

Post-Launch Analysis:
- Evaluate the impact of the changes and communicate results transparently, including if the solution did not perform as expected.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside engineers, analysts, and product managers to tackle the same challenges.
- Present design decisions confidently and be open to revising them when presented with supporting evidence.
- Produce written documentation that is clear enough for team members not present during discussions to understand and act upon.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proven ability to make informed product decisions, demonstrated through the challenge entry.
- Proficiency in Figma, including working with components, prototyping, and handing designs to engineers.
- Clear written communication skills in Arabic or English (no translation is needed).
- Willingness to engage in constructive critiques of your work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Residents of Saudi Arabia, aged 18 or above (both citizens and residents can apply, individuals only).
- No team entries permitted.
- Current the company employees, contractors, and their immediate family members, including anyone who left the company in the last year, are ineligible.
- Full-time participation is required; this is not a part-time internship. High levels of ownership and involvement are expected.
Contract and Compensation
- Duration: Six months, starting after the final presentations in mid-October 2026.
- Compensation: Funded and paid fully by the company at SAR 3,000 per month.
- Integration: Full integration into a product or design team at the company, aligned with the work completed in the challenge.
- Office Mode: Distributed team across multiple countries; office-first approach is expected for those based in Riyadh.
- Future Opportunities: Potential pathway to a junior role on the team post-internship, contingent on performance during the internship.
- Total of three positions available, awarded to the top three candidates.
- Subject to a separate contract and eligibility checks.

- Final Presentations: 15 October 2026, which will take the place of traditional interviews.
