We are seeking an experienced Product Designer with a deep empathy for customers and a passion for human-centric design. As an AI company, we value individuals who comprehend AI and its thoughtful, human-first applications. Experience with super apps will be considered a significant advantage. You should know how to design scalable systems across complex services that feel simple and seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable product designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and other teams from concept to completion.
- Drive planning, strategy, and vision on key priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Own the end-to-end design process, including user flows, interaction, and visual design across multiple projects.
- Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders with a focus on ensuring top-notch quality.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI applications, and emerging product ecosystems to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
- Creative and bold approach to problem-solving.
- Strong collaborative skills and open communication style.
- Familiar with AI tools or AI-driven products, able to create intuitive, human-friendly experiences.
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in designing 3D experiences is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of the complexity of designing for ecosystems that integrate multiple services.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing for VR, AR, MR, and other emerging technologies.
- Prototyping skills for 3D interactions and familiarity with novel user inputs like hand or eye tracking.
- Practical application of AI in user-centric product design.
- Experience shaping design for large-scale or multi-service platforms (super apps).
