Product Designer

We are looking to hire a passionate Product Designer to join our team.

Work Conditions: Full-time
Location: Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create personas, user journeys, flows, and other UX artifacts.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, requirements, and scope.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability findings.
• Support and contribute to our design system, components, variants, tokens, and documentation.
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints — web and mobile.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong UI and UX work.
• Excellent skills in Figma, including components & variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and file organization.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
