We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer with a passion for AI and a strong track record. As our Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial hands-on role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that redefine industries. You will move fluidly from high-level product strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring our technology is accessible, elegant, and user-centric.
What You'll Do:
- Own and Lead the Design Process: Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle for our core application. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user-centered design principles while pushing the boundaries of AI interaction.
- Influence Product Strategy: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features while balancing user needs and business objectives.
- Align Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Communicate your design vision proactively and work to align stakeholders, including product managers and engineers.
- Facilitate Collaborative Problem-Solving: Run engaging workshops to translate complex user needs and project requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Champion the User through Research: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on and improve products, ensuring that you advocate for the user in all discussions.
- Execute and Ship with Excellence: Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of design specifications.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in product design (UX/UI) with a portfolio showcasing design work on software applications.
- Education: A Bachelor's or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strategic Product Thinking: A strong grasp of user-centered design principles and the ability to articulate how your work solves user problems and drives business impact.
- Hands-On Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
- Research Acumen: Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies, with a passion for turning insights into actionable design.
- Collaborative Influence: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
