Product Designer

As a Product Designer at the company, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

• Own the End-to-End UX: Ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience from ideation to final implementation.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Conduct Research: Utilize user research and analyses to inform design decisions.
• Deliver Valuable Features: Focus on the quick and effective release of high-impact features.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure the impact of your designs through feedback and analytics, proposing data-driven enhancements.
• Flex Your Business Acumen: Align design decisions with business goals and communicate their value.

The Perfect Match: Required Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, apps, e-commerce, and B2B/B2C products.
• Fast prototyping and iteration skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered).
• Exceptional UI design skills with attention to detail.
• Branding expertise and experience with design systems, particularly in Figma.
• Project management capabilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
