Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery to final implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Solve complex UX challenges across delivery, e-commerce, and marketplace experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to and maintain the company Design System.
- Design scalable solutions that work across multiple verticals and future products.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behavior and user journeys.
- Work on checkout flows, location management, rewards systems, offers, promotions, tracking experiences, and other core consumer journeys.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work.
- Expert knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience designing mobile-first products.
- Ability to handle complex user flows and edge cases.
- Experience working closely with development teams.
- Experience creating Design Systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in delivery, marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce products.
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Experience with ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience designing Live Activities, Dynamic Island experiences, or advanced mobile interactions.
