Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join the team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-scale Design Systems, ensuring seamless experiences across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop. You will own and contribute to the end-to-end Design and UX process, collaborating closely with Agile Squads, Product and Technology teams, to apply user-centered design principles that create intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale Design Systems with hands-on experience.
• Design seamless experiences across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
• Own and contribute to the end-to-end Design and UX process, from understanding user needs through to final delivery.
• Work within Agile Squads, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective product experiences.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
• Proficiency in designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end Design and UX process.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working within Agile Squads with Product and Technology teams.
• Experience in BFS / Fintech, ideally within large organizations, is preferred.
• Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.

Work Location
This is an onsite role at premises in Meydan, Dubai.
