As a Product Designer at the company, you will contribute to high-level strategic decisions alongside the Product teams, prioritize product features based on user needs, and design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows. Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users through usability testing, interviews, surveys, and observational studies.
- Develop user personas and understand key behavioral attributes and psychographic traits of our users.
- Create and refine Information Architecture to make it easy for customers to find what they need on mobile and desktop platforms.
- Develop wireframes to conceptualize the structure of screens and pages.
- Create clickable prototypes for user testing to gather insights for improvement.
- Facilitate design thinking and other user-focused workshops for rapid brainstorming and iteration of new features.
- Design interactive elements of the product (IXD) to enhance user experience.
- Perform benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify best practices.
- Collaborate with product designers on visual elements, layouts, colors, fonts, typography, and imagery.
- Work closely with product managers to prioritize features that matter most to customers.
- Stay informed about material UI, human interface guidelines, design systems, UX principles, and user research methodologies.
- Develop design concepts, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for products and websites.
- Document and maintain user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps to ensure cohesive functionality across features to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Strong skills in user experience, user interface, and visual design.
- Passion for interaction design with the ability to prototype interactive experiences.
- High-level strategic thinking for product development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools.
- A portfolio showcasing previous designs that demonstrate strong visual and graphic design skills (typography, color, layouts, grids, research methodology, etc.).
