As a Product Designer at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products from inception to final implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the End-to-End UX: Take ownership of your designs, ensuring they provide a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Conduct Research: Utilize user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform your design decisions.
- Deliver Valuable Features: Maintain a feature-ship mindset, focusing on quickly releasing high-impact features.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure impact through user feedback and analytics, and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Align Design with Business Goals: Communicate how design decisions align with business objectives and their value.
In this role, you'll have the freedom to innovate and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's products.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
- Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate designs.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your design expertise and successful project launches; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- UI Design Skills: Exceptional skills in design, layout, and typography.
- Branding Knowledge: Experience applying branding principles to enhance product identity.
- Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and design system principles.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering "wow" moments at every stage of the customer journey.
