Product Designer

We seek a Product Designer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. A Senior Product Designer plays a crucial role in the product development process, from initial research and ideation to the final design and testing phases. Work closely with product managers, developers, and users to ensure the product not only looks appealing but also meets functional requirements and user needs. Instrumental in defining the product’s design language and ensuring consistency across the product. They will be able to lead initiatives and advise on best practices and research.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience within the digital design industry, with a focus on mobile experiences.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, Invision, Storybook, UXPin, Maze, and Protopie.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Drive the creation of user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for design both internally and externally, representing the product design team in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
