Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences that revolutionize how people live their lives? As a Product Designer II within the product design team at Careem, you will be at the forefront of innovation. You'll work with a team of talented product designers to deliver world-class experiences, leveraging rich data insights and transforming user needs into engaging, visual designs.
Work Conditions

What you'll do
- Contribute to the UX design strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless design integration
- Conduct user studies and gather insights to inform the design strategy
- Create, iterate, and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Support maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Stay updated on latest design trends and innovations
- Align design initiatives with overall business strategy and present design concepts

Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on excellent design craft
- Understanding of growth domains and data-informed design approaches
- Ability to contribute to the end-to-end design process within your team
