As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of innovation within the product design team, collaborating with talented designers to create world-class experiences. You will utilize rich data insights to craft ingenious hypotheses and design solutions that connect users with the value they seek. Your role will involve handling complex projects, driving user experience strategy, and championing design excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to UX design strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless integration of user experience design.
- Conduct user studies and usability testing to inform design strategies.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to inspire team innovation.
- Present design concepts to senior stakeholders and advocate for user needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of extensive product design experience, with a focus on craft and a proven impact on organizational success.
- Understanding of growth domains and data-informed design.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with an open-minded approach.
- Ability to contribute effectively to the end-to-end design process.
Work Conditions:
- Work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home, with opportunities to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.
