Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand problems, validate needs, and define opportunities.
- Shape end-to-end product experiences through user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity execution.
- Simplify complex journeys across the company’s mobile and web products.
- Use research and feedback to inform design decisions and reduce risk.
- Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven workflows into the design process.
- Present product rationale and design decisions clearly to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Contribute to design standards and patterns to enhance team efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing consumer products for mobile and web.
- Strong product reasoning and problem-solving skills with clear articulation of decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with user research methods, including interviews and usability tests.
- Experience working in iterative environments with fast feedback cycles.
- Experience using AI-based tools for design, research, prototyping, or content creation.
- A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving, and strong execution, with case studies encouraged.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with design systems.
- Experience with metrics, experimentation, or data-informed design.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time employment.
- Work 4 days a week in the office & 1 day from home, with the option to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.
