Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and analyze user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development process.
- Define the information architecture to ensure clear navigation.
- Design aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible user interfaces.
- Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on UX trends and explore potential applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
- Proven track record in designing user-centered products.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and ability to analyze findings.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for user experience and knowledge of industry trends.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., User Testing, Hotjar).
