Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and analyze user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
  • Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development process.
  • Define the information architecture to ensure clear navigation.
  • Design aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated on UX trends and explore potential applications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track key user experience metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in designing user-centered products.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and ability to analyze findings.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for user experience and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., User Testing, Hotjar).
