What You'll Do:
- Own the UX of features within your tribe, guiding junior team members.
- Evaluate the success of features post-release and suggest enhancements.
- Conduct user and competitive research to inform product improvements using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers for accurate feature implementation and problem-solving.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across products with full autonomy in your work.
The Perfect Match: What You Bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for various platforms (web, apps, e-commerce, B2B, B2C).
- Fast prototyping, testing, and iterative approach.
- Strong user-centric mindset and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- A robust portfolio showcasing successfully launched projects.
- Exceptional UI design abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in branding, enhancing overall product identity.
- Extensive experience with Design Systems, especially in Figma.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Dedicated to delivering “wow” moments throughout the customer journey.
- Humble and collaborative, open to feedback.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with motion skills (Lottie animations).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
