Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms
- Design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging user experiences across products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Iterate on designs using feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights
- Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovation in product design
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or SME-focused products
- Interest in leveraging AI tools in the design process
