The Main Event - What You'll Do:
- Own the UX of features within your team and oversee the delivery of product features quickly and seamlessly.
- Review product success post-release and propose improvements.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual research to enhance the product and assist other teams.
- Utilize analytics tools to guide informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers for accurate feature implementation, addressing challenges during the implementation phase.
- Maintain ownership while ensuring a consistent user experience across the product.
The Perfect Match - What You Bring:
- A minimum of 4 years in UX/UI design for web and apps, including e-commerce and dashboards for both B2B and B2C products.
- Fast prototyping and iterative testing mindset.
- A strong user-centric design approach and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful launched projects, as applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Exceptional UI design skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in branding to enhance product identity.
- Extensive experience with Design Systems, particularly in Figma, including mastery of atomic design principles, auto-layout, and organization.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, striving for "wow" moments throughout the customer journey.
- A humble and collaborative approach, thriving on feedback.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
