Product Designer — Lead / Senior

The company is seeking Lead and Senior Product Designers for a banking client in the UAE. The role involves designing modern digital banking experiences across web, mobile, tablet, and progressive web application channels. This position demands strong UX/UI capabilities, practical understanding of digital product delivery, and experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services environments.

The Product Designer will create intuitive, secure, and high-quality digital banking journeys for customers and internal users. Selected candidates will collaborate with product owners, business teams, engineering teams, AI specialists, and client stakeholders to transform business needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end digital banking journeys across various channels.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Apply strong visual design principles and ensure clarity in information architecture.
  • Work with AI and product teams to design usable customer interactions and support research efforts.

• Lead-specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide design leadership and drive consistency across interaction patterns and design systems.
  • Manage design stakeholder discussions and guide design outputs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years of product design experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products.
• Familiarity with conversational UX, AI workflows, and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services within the UAE or the wider Middle East market.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
